"The questions are really, really intentional... They get the players to think in a real soccer context. I think it's a really outstanding product."

"As a former professional soccer player, I understand the importance of setting goals and the value of self-reflection. At Captains Soccer Club, it's very important to me that we find ways to introduce kids to these habits. The Captains Player Journals [from Zone 14] have allowed us to give kids meaningful repetitions in a fun, welcoming, and engaging way."

"I’ve been blown away by the impact Zone 14 player journals have had on my team – and I had high expectations to begin with. I’ve had players using the journals religiously, and always running up to me wanting to show me what they wrote. I’ve also seen the journals help players process life events unrelated to soccer that are affecting their personal development. I highly recommend Zone 14 journals to coaches and parents of athletes at any level!"

"This journal goes far beyond soccer skills. It’s helping our child learn how to reflect, recognize strengths, and work through challenges in a really positive way."
